Leadership education, establishment of a diversity and inclusion dashboard and governing body, and a range of actions to strengthen opportunities for fair and objective hiring and attract diverse talent.
Outcomes / Impact
DEI Roadmap reviewed and endorsed by Executive with an implementation plan in development and progressed internally.
