Since our establishment in 2009, we’ve helped more than 500 organisations to create more inclusive work environments and attract and retain people from diverse backgrounds through our consulting and education services.

Our clients range from large blue-chip companies to small-medium firms, public sector departments and agencies, local Councils and start-ups.

We care deeply about making workplaces better – for everyone.
