Since 2009, we’ve worked with more than 750 organisations in the private, public and for-purpose sector – in Australia and globally. Our clients include some of the most influential organisations in Australia, such as BHP, the Commonwealth Bank, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, and CSL.

We drive systemic change in organisations by:

  • Developing and implementing organisation-wide strategies to attract and retain diverse talent
  • Ensuring recruitment, promotion and other key people practices are fair
  • Providing education for leaders and employees on inclusive behaviours and communications, psychological safety, and respect at work.

Diversity Partners was founded in 2009 by Dr Katie Spearritt to bring together specialists who, like her, had led diversity and inclusion efforts in large organisations, and were looking to apply that expertise across different sectors.

Our work is grounded in business psychology, and we work hard to continually strengthen our knowledge of local and global leading practices in the diversity and inclusion field. We draw on the team’s experience in leading diversity and inclusion efforts in organisations and apply findings from relevant multi-disciplinary research.
