Making Flexibility Work

This two-hour workshop explores the value of flexible and hybrid work practices. We share a practical four-step framework for negotiating flexible work arrangements and developing whole team solutions.

Participants learn about formal and informal flexible work arrangements, common myths, communication tips for teams and customers, and explore ideas to resolve challenges or resistance. We also cover ways to help remote workers feel included.

Through bespoke case-studies (discussed with you prior to the workshop), participants examine different perspectives and come up with workable options for the business.
