Overview:
Many of our programs are designed as reciprocal mentoring so senior leaders expand their insights on potential barriers to diversity and build their inclusive leadership skills, while mentoring high potential talent.
We undertake matching of mentors and mentees, facilitate online education sessions, and provide curated resources to participants over the course of 12 months.

Our high potential women leaders have benefited greatly from participating in Diversity Partners’ Mentoring and Sponsorship program, where leaders were paired with executives over the course of the year. The feedback each year is always so positive. The DP team is knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic – leaders in their field.’
