What we did
Co-developed the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy with the People & Culture team, including co-hosting the first global ‘All Welcome Day’ that engaged teams across Australia, China, Vietnam, the US and the UK. Delivered inclusive leadership training, and advised on policy updates, employee-led workstreams, and cultural safety initiatives to foster belonging and innovation across global teams.

A range of ways to embed equitable policies and practices that support diverse teams, as well as practical strategies for leaders to encourage diversity of thinking approaches that boost innovation and team engagement.
Outcomes / Impact
Moose has been recognised as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces™ by Great Place To Work® (GPTW) within the medium sized company category, listed by GPTW and Fortune Magazine as one of the USA 2024 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production™, and as a GPTW Best workplace in the UK for Wellbeing™, Women™ and Development™.
It has achieved 88% average DEI scores in GPTW surveys and its inclusion score of 82% exceeds benchmarks. Moose has a strong representation of women at leadership level and employee-led initiatives have enhanced accessibility, mental health, and inclusion.
