The Pinnacle Foundation awards multi-year scholarships nationally to young LGBTIQ+ Australians to study at public higher education institutions in Australia to achieve educational or vocational qualifications in any profession, trade or the arts.

Diversity Partners CEO Dr Katie Spearritt said, ‘Our vision at Diversity Partners is completely aligned: we help organisations create more inclusive workplaces where all people feel valued for the differences they bring and can be themselves at work.’

Diversity Partners provides education, strategy support, assessment, and general consulting to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces. Since 2009, Diversity Partners has worked with more than 400 organisations – ranging from large blue-chip organisations to small-medium firms, not-for-profit, and public sector departments and agencies in Australia and New Zealand.

‘We care deeply about making workplaces more representative of our community. We believe diverse and inclusive cultures bring many business benefits, such as better decision-making, innovation, and performance,’ said Dr Spearritt. ‘This partnership means more to me than a professional collaboration – this is very meaningful because I want to play a part in opening doors for a new generation of LGBTIQ+ students.’
