Our work involved data review and consultation at all levels across the organisation. As well as helping develop the new strategy, we were able to provide a number of recommendations to strengthen existing policies so inclusion principles are embedded.
We were thrilled to receive this feedback from Dr Marija Maher, Chief Operating Officer: ‘Diversity Partners has delivered a fit for purpose and practical Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy for the Victorian Ombudsman. They invested in getting to know the organisation, its work and our people, and collaboratively helped create a DEI Plan that builds on our strengths and creates a path towards building an even greater inclusive culture.’
