For those who may not know our story, here’s a little background on Diversity Partners.
I set up the business in 2009 (very tentatively) to bring together experienced diversity and inclusion practitioners who had led change inside large organisations, and who wanted to deliver that work in a more flexible and impactful way.
Since then, we’ve had the privilege of working with more than 750 organisations – including BHP, BP, Commonwealth Bank, Coles Group and CSL, as well as universities, for-purpose organisations and public sector entities.
We’ve conducted extensive diagnostics, developed diversity and inclusion strategies and facilitated inclusive leadership programs for thousands of leaders.
Over that time, our team has grown to include specialists in organisational development, business psychology, industrial relations and law. We draw on Australian and global academic research to bring a rigorous lens to our work. That blend of academic rigour and commercial pragmatism is what we’re known for.
We recognise change can be hard, and that diversity and inclusion progress needs a sustained focus (and often an independent external lens) for long-term progress.
What unites us – besides practical experience inside organisations – is a shared commitment to helping workplaces become safer, fairer and more inclusive.
That purpose has guided us from the beginning, and it continues to guide the work we do today.
